KutDiák-NI camp 2018

The Hungarian Research Student Association and the National Instruments Hungary organize a camp during the Autumn break in Debrecen!

Date: 29-31. October 2018.

Location: Hungary, Debrecen, NI Hungary Headquarters

Camp fee: The Hungarian Research Student Foundation covers major part of the expenses. The total amount you are required to pay is 10 000 HUF which does not include travel expenses.

The fee can only be settled by wire transfer (see below) till the 15th of October 2018.

The following is included in the fee:

  • the entire program,
  • accommodation,
  • meals
  • public transportation costs in Debrecen.

Registrations are accepted till 15. October 2018.

If you want to register, please send an email to kutdiak@kutdiak.hu and we send you the registration forms or documents in return.

Your registration is accepted when a confirmation email is sent to you.

Planned program list for the camp:

  1. October (Monday)

Morning trip/arrivals (From Budapest: There’s a train departing from Budapest-Nyugati railway station at 6:23 AM)

Visit to the NI Headquarters (Meeting in front of the building at 9:45 AM)

  • Introduction of the NI Hungary, presentations
  • Factory visit
  • Lunchtime
  • Career planning and an informal discussion with engineers and with the representatives of the IT department
  • Intern life at NI

Checking in to the accommodation

Sightseeing in Debrecen

Dinnertime

Night program (Team building with the KutDiák organizers)

Visit to ATOMKI (Hungarian Academy of Sciences Institute for Nuclear Research)

Lunchtime

Afternoon program in the Agóra Science Centre

Sightseeing in Debrecen

Dinnertime

Night program (Team building with the KutDiák organizers)

  1. October (Wednesday)

Breakfast

Morning program in Agóra Science Centre (Focusing at the NI products, for example: myDaq)

Lunchtime

Journey home
Planned route (by train):

  • Departure from Debrecen railway station at 1:44PM.
  • Arrival to Budapest-Nyugati at 4:37PM
